The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200 does come with the king pin connection block and funnel. The King Pin connection is the block that recently had that red funnel added to make easy connection to the ball as long is the ball is within 3 inches of the socket. The older style was the silver block you see in the photos and they added that red funnel to make connection even easier. The hitch pin weight of 1400 lbs you stated is so close to your payload capacity, but that is not accounting for the 5th wheel hitch and rail weights or the loaded weight with cargo added. Tunda's are notorious for having a lower payload and in this case, I can't tell you it will be fine. The payload weight is spread out over the truck bed where the 5th wheel rails are mounted to the frame directly so are more secure. I called and spoke with my contact at Kuat. He stated that the Bike Rack Hitch Lock for 1-1/4 Inch Racks, # HL1, is made of stainless steel. That would include the 5/16 inch diameter pin and the lock itself. There are no plastic pieces on the lock or pin. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75607 has the smaller holes between the receiver tube end and the hitch pin hole. The smaller hole is no longer used. The Florida Gators receiver cover # CTH4S won't include a hitch receiver lock or hitch pin and clip, but I certainly would recommend one such as the Master Lock # 1480DAT. The pin and clip is part number # PC3 and will fit 2 and 2-1/2 inch receiver hitches.
For 1-1/4 inch receivers the hitch pin and clip # PC2 and hitch receiver lock # e98880 would work great. They both have a pin diameter of a 1/2 inch.
